I would look it up but I think even if you've had chickenpox before its still dangerous and you can get them again. Also shingles is really bad xx

My mum is a carer for the elderly and one of her clients where in quarantine for shingles but they still made her work with him even although they are aware I'm pregnant. I was fine, she just made sure to take a change of clothes and used a lot of anti-bacterial hand wash and hand sanitiser and I seem to fine. Just be careful with towels and sharing the toilet etc @mammyto3 x

He still lives at home but see them regular as they live 8 doors up the street from me and my family I've never had chicken pox before but was tested for it and was immune to it just wasn't to sure if I would be immune to the shingles aswell I have worked with people with shingles before and never gotten it just wondered wether I should be worried or not thanks girls @beccastirlingx @stacey804 x

I would just check to put your mind at rest. I think pregnancy really effects your immune system xx

My midwife is in clinic on Wednesday or shoukd I ring up my consultant and ask as im not due to see them till the 12th of Feb who would be best as I know from experience community midwife can take there time getting back to you x

If you could contact them through phone would be easiest for you. If you can't get in contact with anyone, I would ring you gps office and ask to speak to a doctor for advice. They surely can't refuse you some advice xx
