Just a going home outfit the hospital really provides everything else. Diapers. Baby Wash and Lotion. Formula if you plan to use it and pacifiers I believe. They also give you a shirt for when baby is born. It's not a onesie it's made for easy access so they can perform their test and give the shots to baby.

Oh you could also pack hats n mittens and socks if you plan to use those things

A couple of outfits, diapers, if you plan on breast feeding your pump so the lactationists can help show you what to do. Charger for your phone. Baby book, while they do the birth certificate its also nice that you can ask them to do the prints in the baby book as well.

Your favorite blanket, pillow, camera is desired. Shower supplies and a towel. Makeup bag case you wanna do pictures. Spare clothes for you. Sleeping mask case you are able to get an ounce of sleep, highly doubtful with all the excitement. Birthing plan. and license and insurance card all in an easy access folder for your supporter.
