Anyone use the Belly Binder after a c-section? How was it? Did it help with pain help you move…

@losmartinez, I'm using the bellefit girdle I bought from Amazon and it's amazing. It's a little on the expensive side but worth it. It helps me with movement, posture and in term that alleviated my pain and discomfort. Bought on Amazon. The ones with the front hooks is best for post c section. Was trying to save money and got the ones with out and it hurt my incision site when removing and it non refundable and now I have two.

ohh.. I heard that hospitals give them upon request and I'm interested in it because I'll be alone most of time and the easier I can move around and not be in pain, the better.

My hospital automatically put one on me and I got to take it home, I wore it for the first six weeks after. It helped so much with the csection, I was afraid my inside would fall out if I took it off lol

@losmartinez, I received an abdominal binder at hospital but it was uncomfortable and used my own
