Decided to take a shower and wash my hair.... Once I got on and started process I instantly felt like I was gonna throw up and I got light headed... Now I still feel nauseous and I have a bad headache 😔😔

@diamondleann, when you shower make sure the fan is running and crack the door a little bit. hope you feel better.
