yes if you get your meat steemed it isnt good to eat deli meat while pregnant

I eat deli meat.. Not super often but I still do.. My OB says it's such a slim chance that every once in a while is ok 👍

I have never heard of anyone dying from lunch meat. All of the rules are silly.

just make sure your meat is heated. my friend got really sick some deli meat that wasn't heated. she got the Listeria bacteria.
