I have a sinus infection that's so bad that the pressure buildup in my head is actually causing the room to spin and me to fall. I am thinking of calling a dr in the morning but idk what they could do. I have tried multiple medicines and nothing helps. can't breathe or sleep or even walk hardly. not to mention the drainage in my throat is causing me to throw up nonstop. and it's nasty neon yellow or sometimes brown. I haven't eaten anything but tomato soup so that's not what I'm throwing up. ughhhhh. I need help.

It's passed the time for the after hours number. they just say to go to an er or wait till 7am @amymabundio

I would go to the hospital for sure! Your sinus infection can cause your ears to drain and it can throw off your equilibrium and make the room spin and make you dizzy and nauseous. The hospital is the only place that will keep you hydrated and they can give you more powerful meds
