Have you tried any different bath products because its in her hair as well?

Do you wash her clothes when you first buy them? Or she might just be allergic to the type of fabric the dress is made of.

@alleyelisabeth, no nothing new the red in her Hair I know is from heat she gets those red patches all the time it's the bumps that r worrying me

@lifewithplumms, I do wash them after I but them but I think it is the fabric she's never worn it before and my mom said she has issues with sweater fabric

that fabric does it to me. still to this day lol.
