what does the doctor check at a 2 week post pregnancy appointment?

If you had a c-section then probably your stitches and see how your healing if you had a vaginal birth and had to get an episiotomy then they'll check your stitches but overall just to see how things are going and possibly talk about birth control if you want one and answer any questions.

there usually isn't one until 6 weeks..as far as I know so not sure what they will check at 2 week

I was confused on why I had to make an appointment at 2 weeks and then go back close to 6 weeks so I can go back to work @rosalinasmami

@quansmom2016 I would call and ask why you need to go in at 2 weeks.
