Is anyone else having clogged ears during their pregnancy? I have tried popping them but they give me a quick sharp pain... Im afraid im having a ear infection I had just gotten over a cold & I just started having clogged ears & a slight pain. 😕

Yes it's normal. So is feeling congested. Like a stuffy nose. Just gotta roll with the punches not much you can do. It's just hormones causing the sinuses to swell.

Yes I have clogged ears and what I do is either chew gum or drop my head down if I'm standing or yawn. It's temporary but it works and this will go away after pregnancy.
