It's based on DNA so it's the only way to be completely accurate before birth

well the blood test I had pulled out the baby's DNA from mine and I'm having a boy.. I don't think you can inaccurately give gender with DNA @itscheyennebaby

I had that done I've also had a 3 ultrasounds done so far all saying in having a girl!

I did the panorama blood test. got results at 11 weeks. completely accurate had multiple ultrasounds since then and all have confirmed (:

Idk I didn't ask. but my insurance covers all my dr visits so probly not to much after they pay they need
