wash cloth. wipes dont help

@tigerlilly, u do it with the wipes or a washcloth

sometimes when we wipe our babys face. residue covers there face from saliva. my baby had it every where. her entire face. her neckl, her hands. and i thought the baby wipes could help but it started wiping her down every morning cause she still cant have a bath and it went away in a day. once and awhile she will get a few lil ones around her mouth but i clean them quick and shes good in a few hrs.

@tigerlilly, thanks imma try cleaning her every morning n before bedtime hopefully it helps mine.... how can it be from the milk?

oh and its from milk. the residue it leaves and if your baby spits up.

my baby was having horrrible baby acne and what helped was every morning i clean her face with a warm wet rag every morning and i cleared up like nt. no soap just water

nothing to fear it will go away my daughters almost three months and its pretty much gone

usually from being out the womb, they're bodies adjusting to so much, air, temperature, don't quote me but I assume its because of being hot and sweaty, my daughter had the clearest skin when she came out and didn't have cradle cap she just got over the skin acne and still has some cradle cap, it annoyed the hell out of me because her skin was so beautiful when she came out, just keep her face clean, I use Johnson an Johnson hand and face cleaning wipes occasionally and I bathe her every 2-3 days. @lexismommy

For about a week. It's driving me nuts and I feel like it's getting worst.

my baby is 2 weeks old... i was doing both but was told to breastfeed her only.... how long has ur baby had them...@micahs_mommy,

Baby acne 😩 and I have the same. My baby's 3 weeks old. I was told to just leave it alone and use breast milk if you're nursing.
