some of you women are funny it doesn't take every woman 6 weeks to heal up after having a baby sometimes your body heals a lot faster! My body did both times. the first time with a c-section and the second time was natural vaginal birth and I went back to having sex the second week after birth....

each person is different, but it's not just the outside that has to heal. when your placenta comes off your uterus wall it leave a wound to.. the worry is for a uteran infection not just an outside infection.. I would talk to the doc about what they suggest and think since each person is individual.. @vanessasmommy
