Looks like baby acne to me, or possible irritation from something. My son has something similar on his face, chest, and sometimes on his arms/shoulders.
Looks like what my last 2 babies had in their faces around 2 months old.. Half a dot of eucerine (spelling?) lotion and half dot of cortisone. I'd take him in to the dr to be sure tho!

I think it might be a heat rash because I looked up pictures @mommy122015 @brownieluv
