my son has it, and he's had it since 4 months old, started under his kneck and now its on his face and cheeks and belly. I out lotion on it and make sure to keep it dry. looks like baby acne to me.

one of my boys had it, and from the excema society I've read that they suggest coconut oil and aloe. So what I've done is mix coconut oil with an aloe lotion (not the type you get for sunburns but something you get from a whole foods kind of store) I mix the 2 and I grease him up 3 times a day. his skin is 100% better, not one spot. it can take up to 2 weeks to clear it up. also I give him a bath every night but not very long just kinda use water only and just to wipe him off, he's in it less than 10 mins and that's when I grease him up for the last and 3rd time, then get him dressed and into bed. it can get much worse but if you can either slow it down or stop it that's best. is he formula fed or breast fed?

baby acne goes away, most every baby gets it! its nothing to be concerned about. my sons comes in patches and its dry @ethansmommy12192015
