My son is 9, and I'm finally having another baby, a boy, but didn't wait this long by choice. My son is super excited but I worry that the age difference is going to be a problem also. He's told me before that he wished I would of had a baby sooner to be closer in age with him.

theres a 20 year gap between my sis and i sooo i don't think it's so bad!

@nonjamami, yea i understand. My daughter keeps asking me for a sibling. Hopefully I will be able to give her one soon

@kelseyfox2015, are you and your sister close? My brother and I are 17 yrs apart and we aren't close but I also feel like it could be because we grew up in two different states

well shes 9 months old. so idk. but my brother and i are 11 years apart and we're suuuuper tight.

I have a 12 year old..10 year old and 4 month old so I don't think it's bad at all....it's also not as much work..my 10 and 12 year old stair steppers were a lot of work lol
