I truly don't get how the months work with pregnancy everyone tells me something different

There are tons of different ways people go by. I ended up just giving up and only caring about the weeks haha too much of a pain

I usual count from the first day of my last period . Which would be November 6th . It's now technically February, lol . So that would make me almost 4 months . At least that's how I count it lol

that's what I was doing but keep being told I was wrong because it would take me out more then 9 months
