Yep I mean you can take robitussin without the d or dm. But I personally take a Tylenol regular strength and just lay down to rest whenever I feel like I absolutely need it. I try to do natural remedies. Saves on all the chemicals that would be put in your child's blood stream

I don't know how well u can see it but I found this. someone posted it from their doctor. hope it helps. my friends told me to try my best to avoid medicines in my first trimester tho bc that's when the most vital things are forming. if all else fails,ask ur doctor :)

Tylenol PM if your having trouble sleeping and Tylenol PM is the same at extra strength Tylenol and benadryl (benadryl is safe for pregnancy fyi)
