I am 21 weeks 3 days pregnant with my second child and being that my first pregnancy was so rough from complications and only lasted 25 weeks I didn't get to enjoy it like I have this pregnancy so far. This pregnancy is totally different in a good way, but there are things I didn't experience with my first that I am with this one like, tons of pregnancy discharge and sometimes when the baby moves I get a sharp jolt of pain. It scares me. My Dr. said the discharge is completely normal, but still it worries me. It's a lot. Has anyone experienced this or is experiencing this right now? And has anyone experienced quick jolts of pain when the baby moves sometimes? I feel like I am just paranoid because of first pregnancy, but I would really like some positive feedback right now lol

The discharge means you have high estrogen and progesterone levels which is a good thing. As the baby gets bigger those little elbows, knees, feet etc really start to hurt. Totally normal but if its extreme, ask the doc

I know that with mine I find myself stopping midsentence when she kicks. sometimes its painful and sometimes its like really strong butterflies bouncing around in there. I'm carrying really low and at times I swear she's crushing my pubic bone and ovaries ... and bladder. lol. hurts enough I have to take baby steps to the room to go lay down but doc says she is right on track. size is right and heartbeat is in good range. don't be too paranoid. seems like you might be able to rest and enjoy this one.

the discharge is so normal. I was discharging so much I went to labor and delivery and got checked to make sure my water wasn't broke and the doctor told me it was completely normal. panty liners will be your best friend.
