I'm completely disturbed, furious, and disgusted by the experience I just had at a St John hospital…

I'm completely disturbed, furious, and disgusted by the experience I just had at a St John hospital emergency room. I went there because I've been cramping for about 5 days now, but today I started spotting, so I went to the hospital to make sure everything was fine with the baby. When I got there, they informed me that they didn't have any obgyn on staff at that hospital, but that they'd still do an ultrasound and standard blood tests, etc. SOOO.... I give a urine sample (because pregnancy testing is the first thing they do), the doctor comes in and tells me "Sorry to have to tell you this, but your urine pregnancy test was negative, so unfortunately that means fetal demise and you'll need an abortion, but I'm still going to do the ultrasound"..... Sooo.... He does the ultrasound and has a dumb ass look on his face, but still isn't saying anything. I ended up having to ask if the baby's ok and if he could see a heartbeat, and he says "Yeah, it's 173 bpm. That's why I'm confused" So, he leaves the room to see if there was a mix-up with my urine, comes back and said there hadn't been, then preceded to tell me that, even though there's a heartbeat, since the pregnancy test was negative and because I'm spotting and cramping, there's a really good chance things won't end well.... They then send in a nurse who tells me my test was positive, but filed incorrectly, then blows 2 of my veins while trying to draw my blood... THEN... They try having that same doctor come back in to do a pelvic exam! I said "if you bring him anywhere near me, I'm gonna go off on him. Don't bring him in here!" I ended up having to remove my own IV and leave (Good thing I went to school to learn how to do it, came in handy tonight).... I'm so upset about the whole situation! for a few minutes there, I literally thought my baby was gone!
