Thought I'd share my labour experience with everyone, basically Wednesday at 3pm I started to get pretty irregular period cramps but towards the end of the night they became very painful and very consistent, we ended up going the hospital 9am Thursday morning, they checked me over and I was 1cm dilated but had very high blood pressure , after about 7 hours they examined me again and I was still only 1cm but because I was scheduled for induction later that day they went a head and induced me by breaking my waters and putting in a drip, contractions weren't to bad and within 4 hours I was then 4cm dilated but my blood pressure had gotten very high again, I was completely out of it on gas and air and this point and didn't realise how bad I was , they checked me again after another 4 hours but I hadn't progressed at all, at this point my organs were falling and my blood pressure was 171/110 and my heart rate was 130 beats per minute, that's when they sent me for my emergency csection , the surgery itself didn't hurt and was over and done with pretty quickly , however the aftermath hurts like hell, the first night we were at the hospital Seth was sent down to neonatal as they suspected he had swallowed his own poo in my womb and we are still waiting for them results however he is on antibiotics, my blood count is continuously dropping so I keep needing blood transfusions and iron tablets , the pain from my section is easing and i can now do stuff for myself, not a lot tho, it's safe to say these last few days have been awful, but my little man is finally here and he's perfect 💙
