you can try every other feeding with a bottle or a bottle in morning and one at night. I honestly didn't have an issue because she will take anything. just thinking what might work

I left her with my boyfriend and left for 30 45 min and he tried to do it but she wouldn't take it, I have three different types off bottles

whatever you think feels right. I might wait til morning or second feeding in morning so you won't shock her too much off that bat. but I would have a back up boob if you try a bottle. maybe even give her 2oz or how ever much she will take in a bottle rest with boob.

I had the same issue with my daughter, try to find a bottle that's compatible to your breast, I tried every bottle until I came across the mam bottles those are the only ones she likes to use

yea I just don't have lots of money to spend on a bunch of different bottles so how can I really know without trying every kind :( @milagros_86

My son was the same way, he refused every bottle I ever tried, and I tried A LOT and spent a ton of money. But I was always told by my Mom and his Dr's that he wasn't gonna take a bottle if it was me that was giving it to him or if I was present in the room because he could smell me or see me and knew my boobs were right there. I never got to try it out any other way thou because I never left my son's side until he was 3 years old. But maybe it's true and maybe if you weren't around her she would take the bottle easier.

yea I read that online that you have to allow someone else to feed her and we've tried that too with her dad and she still will only take it for a few minutes then doesn't want it so I guess I'll keep trying and see how it goes @ninjamami I have to know she will take it before I go back to work because I will lose my job if he text me saying she refuses to eat im walking out

And I just bought the Mam bottles to try with this baby, it says that 94% of breastfed babies prefer their bottles. I bought a pack of 4 on amazon for 18 bucks, but they had other packages or individual ones cheaper, I think you can get 1 for like 5 bucks.

I wish you lived closer I would have 4 bottles you could have to try! I have a mam, a Similac bottle, a Tommy tippie, and a nūby. they are all supposed to feel like a breast to babies. my son only likes his nūby bottles so I'm getting rid of the rest (and some of the small nūby ones cause it don't hold enough). I don't breast feed so I don't know how they work. but I'd say try the nūby. they kinda look like a nipple to me

i have a tommee tippee one but I'll try to find a nuby, I'll probably go to the store soon and look at the millions of different bottles lol @lyndsie94

I can see how that'd be hard. thankfully I was given a lot of bottles so I could try them all out before buying more. you'll figure it out though :) heck Walmart should take them back with a receipt
