have any of you waited until after baby comes too have a baby shower or are any of you planning to?

my best friend did that but she called it a "welcoming" for the baby

my mom is throwing one for me! just haven't heard of many people waiting for baby to come

I've heard of them but it scares me to have so many around baby like that

I always have mine before only because you can never go wrong with the extra stuff you get before the baby arrives :)
