looks normal to me... blood clot. the last bit of lochia. I had one too 3 weeks PP except for it was like... 3 times bigger. it was huge and awful.

Spent hours at the emergency room just to find out its normal.

@tesladawn, the mucus that came with it does look like lochia , but mine stopped at a week pp , I asked about the cramping, because if your doing too much strainous activity you can cramp , continue bleeding for a lot longer , and pass blood clots.. take it easy and see if it gets worse.

lochia is the blood / nasty smelling mucus that comes out the first 7-10 days after birth its like the left over placenta nastyness. I'm a little worried about why you would still have it at 3 weeks I was still bleeding (more like spotting) but it wasn't lochia.
