My little girl was measuring too small do they scheduled an induction on 01/24/16. Starting at 4pm they gave me two doses of cervical softening meds. I was already 1cm dilated before I got to the hospital. Then they inserted a foley bulb to help dilate me more since I was not progressing. They offered IV pain meds because they said inserting was painful. I declined. Didn't feel a thing. But about an hour later pain was unbearable and asked for meds. What they gave did not help. But then I dilated to a 4 they removed it and the pain was gone. They said I was having contractions but I could not feel anything. The doctor and nurse thought I was crazy. Two hours pass I am now dilated to a 7 and finally start to feel some pain. This was at around 11:15am the next day. I refused the epidural and start to bounce on my birth ball. About half an hour later I start to feel a lot of pain and started to rethink this whole epidural thing. Lol. Nurse checked and I was now at 9cm dilated. 2 minutes later I felt an extreme need to push. I could not handle the pain anymore. I told her we are either having this baby right now or they are giving me an epidural. She checked me again and sure enough I was at a ten. Time to have a baby she said. PUSH!!! I dilated so fast no one was ready. Doctors had to run in. My brothers and sisters didn't even have time to leave the room. Poor things witnessed it all. Lol. I bet they were traumatized. I only pushed like 6 times. Maybe 10 minutes. Baby girl was born 01/25/16 at 11:58am. 5 pounds & 14 ounces. 19.25 inches long. We are over the moon and feel extremely blessed. my daughter was born on Halloween of 2015😊 4:49pm at 7lbs 1oz. I was in labor for a little over 2 days and pushed unmedicated for two hours, then they finally realized she was stuck :/ so I got rusher in for an emergency c section, where I found out apearently I'm ammune to the meds they gave me for it and felt everything they started to do. they wouldn'tlisten to me and didn't stop until her father screamed at them. after trying to give me a higher dose and failing again, they put me under. then I woke up to the beautiful little girl😇

November 2nd I went into the hospital at 630am. I was scheduled to be induced at 39 weeks since I am diabetic. After being checked in and getting situated they started the pitocin around 9/930am and we just waited. I never had contractions in my stomach I only experienced back labor the entire time. My water broke a little around 8pm and then fully broke around 1030pm when I tried to sit on a ball for comfort. After that the pain started to get a little worse. I refused an epidural but when I got to 6.5cm I did ask for a shot of demeral to help, I don't think it did anything for the pain but it did help me to relax a little bit since I had been awake for so long. I tried to nap during the day but couldn't because I had to have my sugar tested every hour. Around 3am I felt like I needed to push. At 305am the nurses called my doctor to come in. The nurses helped me through the contractions and telling me when to push. At 418am I got to me my baby boy Jasper which was the greatest feeling in the world. I was told in may of 2014 that my body wasn't ovulating and that I wasn't able to have kids so my sweet baby boy is very special to me and means the world to me. After delivery I felt great and I even asked to go home the next day!

October 11, I went in for a scheduled cesarean at 10 am. They said to come in 2 hours early and not to eat after midnight  (of course). They strapped a monitor to my belly. Apparently I was having contractions and didn't even know I was having them. They told me I could only have one person in back with me, so I chose my bf. The entire time leading up to the surgury, I was dreading the lidocaine. I was so scared when they were wheeling me down the hallway, I was shaking. My bf had to stay out of the room while they were doing the lidocaine and the spinal, so I had no one's hand to squeeze or anything. When they injected me, it wasn't that bad! I got scared for nothing. Then, my legs slowly went numb and I couldn't feel anything from the butt down. They then moved me from where I was laying to a metal table, put a blue sheet in front of me, blocking my view from my chest down. By that time, my bf was already in the room standing next to me. They put this oxygen thingy in front of my nose which was annoying kinda. Next thing I know, I feel my insides being moved around which is extremely uncomfortable, like you have no idea. Part of it was also painful, I thought my ribs were going to be broken from the inside. Then, I hear someone say, "There he is!" and moments later, he cries and I cry uncontrollably. I can't even control my crying. They take him away before I get a chance to see him and get him all cleaned up for the most part. He won't stop crying. It seems like they're taking too long in bringing him back to me. Finally, I get to see him. Dark hair, 9 lbs 12 oz and 22" long right in front of me, still crying. Little man was born on 10/11/15 at 10 : 20 am.

The Monday before I gave birth, I went to the doctors office and the dr checked me and said I was 2cm dilated. She asked if I wanted to get induced and I said yes. That Wednesday I went back to the doctors (I was already overdue), checked me and I was 4cm. The dr did a membrane sweep and said that instead of going to the hospital that night, to go in tomorrow morning at 9am (Thursday Oct 29th) and she'll induce me there. The next day comes around and around 8am I started getting contractions every 4 minutes! I'm a first time mom and I thought it would start out every 20 mins, then 10, 5, etc. but I guess everyone is different. We arrived at the hospital at 9am and went to labor &a delivery. The nurses there said that there were not doing inductions today because the floor was already packed. I told them I was already having contractions though so they hooked me on the machines. After about 2 hours we got admitted and my boyfriend and I went into our delivery room. Around 12 or 1pm I got the epidural because the contractions were horrible. I didn't plan on getting the epidural but I wasn't opposed to it. But I'm very glad I got it. Around 2pm my dr broke my water which I didn't even feel. Around 4:30pm I started to feel my contractions again and they hurt but I still could not feel down there (thank god!). 4:45pm we were getting everything situated and the dr explained to me how things would go. 5:05pm I started pushing at at 5:26pm my son was born 7lb 15.9oz, 19.5 inches long. We breastfed in the delivery room and he latched on great! Kaden Chance is perfect. My pregnancy, delivery, and child have been so easy with no complications. My son started sleeping through the night at 7 1/2 weeks old. I love him so much. Words cannot describe how much. ❤️

Although it was almost two years ago I remember like it was yesterday my due date was the 14th of April, by the 15th I was ready for her to vacate the premises. Lol. So I went to the gym and I rode the bike for at least 20 minutes but I also peed like 4 times within that 20 minutes. Lol. We went home I was totally fine, I didn't feel anything but then maybe around 1 in the morning I woke up and I peed myself every time I put pressure on my stomach at least that's what I thought it was, I had to go into work that day but I called in instead because I think of my nervousness its what started my contractions so I drove myself & alex to Albany med and at the time I was only 2 centimeters dilated so they did have to induce me because only half of my sac popped. I am not ashamed to say that I did get medicine to handle the pain but looking back it was all so bittersweet the only person that was able to touch me was her father which is now my fiance, alex. he would rub my head, he would let me squeezes hand as hard as I needed to without complaining lol and at the same time he would feed me crushed ice. I felt horrible because being in such pain I couldn't imagine of how my mother felt watching me but when she would try to rub my back it would literally make me feel nauseous. after the medicine would wear off I would wake up screaming for Alex. after a long 19 hours our beautiful baby girl Adalia rose was born at 8 pounds 4.8 ounces on April 16. it was such a beautiful moment although the next day took a turn for the worst our daughter would stop breathing for at least 10 - 30 seconds until she turned purple she was admitted to the NICU at Albany med for an entire week we were ripping our hairs out, crying everyday wishing our baby would get better. then God did answer our prayers and it turned out that she just had reflux and we had to switch her formula to the AR Enfamil. after 7 days of her being in the NICU we were finally able to bring her home of where our family was complete 👪❤ now my daughter is 21 months old, and her doctor says that she is the size of a two and a half year old. Lol. She knows all of her body parts, she knows her colors, and when she walks down the last four steps she can count one, two, three, four. we are currently working on her being potty trained but not forcing it because she still is a young age and she will go when she's ready. such a proud mother of my little girl but when they say your daughter will have an attitude 10x worse than you boy were they not kidding. Lol😘

on October 1 I had a doctors appointment and I was only dilated 1 cm and I asked my doctor if he could do a membrane sweep, he did and I lost my mucus plug. then the next day I started getting contractions and they were 5 to 7 minutes apart but still wasn't enough for me to be in labor and then later that day on October 2 I went in because I thought my water broke but it didn't . when the nurse checked me I guess she broke my water for me. So I was admitted around 7PM October 2 and I was in labor for six hours but my labor was so bad I had to get an epidural and then at 1:42 AM on October 3 I had my son.
