is it safe to say that im producing milk or is it from lotions drying up on my nipples but every morning i wake up its there soo and im a new mommy so i know nothing about milk or when it decideds to come in

Milk doesn't come in until after you have your baby.

then wth is this stuff coming out ive asked my doctor but all he tells me is its nothing to be worried about if there's is no smell, so im assuming you know what it is since milk doent come in till after you have a baby

Colostrum is what it is, that's what your baby gets for the first couple days until your milk comes in.
