Going through pinterest, I came across a pin that said to Mommies past 40 weeks. It's a letter to mom's going over due of course, but as I was reading through the letter she said something that made me feel a big sigh of relief. I have felt terrible for crying first thing in the morning because I was disappointed that I didn't go into labor the night before. And also after my 39 week appointment when the dr told me i still have a long way to go after sitting at 1 cm for 3 weeks.. But here it is for ay other mommies in the same boat, i hope it helps you to feel a little but better too.
It’s okay to cry because you’re miserable and you just want the darn baby to come out. I cried. I was so frustrated with how huge and uncomfortable I became, and I was scared about the labor and delivery because I felt like it was never going to start, and I really am not good at waiting for big life events! You don’t need to love these last few weeks. You don’t need to treasure your last few moments of being a two person family with just you and your husband. You can wake up every day feeling disappointed that you didn’t go into labor the night before. I like to think that all of those feelings are very, very normal.

i was feeling sad because i wasnt going into labor and then at a non stress test at 41 weeks they saw my baby wasnt doing good. after an attempted incuction and an emergency C-section they saw my baby had been wrapped in her umbilical cord. my doctor told me thats why she hadnt come on her own.

@maceysmommy, im just telling u because sometimes when they arent coming its for a reason. i feel like God protected my baby from coming on her own because she could have died in labor. thanks to the C-section she was born healthy and alive.

Yes God is good! And I am very open to C section if it will help my baby girl. I might have to have one anyway due to my POTS that cause me to have seizures. Thank you for sharing your experience, it will definitely keep me going to help me with "everything happens for a reason" @mymiracle
