fantastic, our storage bill is due by 5pm on monday and hubby still hasn't put the money in the bank so that I can pay it. if we dont, we lose 15 grand worth of stuff to auction. I'm fucking pissed. he's known since we got the unit that it's due by the 1st of every month. he's had the money for a week and still hasnt put it in the bank 😠

You can't call and get a short extension? Seems a little unreasonable that it has to be paid on the 1st or you lose it.... Never had that experience with any storage facility.

@twinscomingsoon, nope they told us when we signed the lease and it's in the contract. if it's not paid they put their own lock on it. 7 days after that, it goes to auction.
