Is it possible that implantation just happen??? I ovulated on the 18th but I just seen blood and its not my period now I'm cramping real bad with no blood.....Help please

When I got pregnant, I had no spotting or anything. My last sight of blood was October 22nd and I conceived around November 7-10th. No implantation bleeding at all, however, I got the worse cramps ever... They'd last for 20 seconds or so, and I'd have to sit down; or hold onto something in pain. They hurt bad!!
