I'm in the same boat as you and with all 3 of my other pregnancies and now this one, I've found salt and vinegar chips help me a lot idk if it's the vinegar in them or what also if I eat anything really salty that helps sometimes too

that's how I feel right now cause I'm out of chips lol it's horrible ... no but all of mine were born early my oldest was born 31 weeks the other two 34 weeks

@cynful, aw i went full term with my son but he was emergency c section so now im super scared about having a natural birth. I'm definitely gonna try the chips thing tho thanks alot!

Lol I'd be scared to have a csection two out of the three epidural I had didn't work so I felt it all lol Imams my friend had to have an emergency c section and half her stomach didn't go numb and she felt it so I'd be scared af lol I don't handle pain well at all

Have you tried sea bands, psi bands? They work for morning sickness and motion sickness

@cynful, lol i jus know what to expect with a c section . the recovery was long and hard but i didnt feel a thing during it. i didnt dilate or contract really at all tho so im scared about the pain this time around lol.

I heard the pain after a c section is really bad .... would u want to get an epidural if u had a natural.birth?

I got mine at target, any drug store will have them as well.
