Has anyone ever had labia tears from labor? I didn't even know that was possible until I gave birth...😳 I'm 9 days postpartum and the last 2 days my pain has become worse than directly after delivery. I know my midwife only stitched one side, so they wouldn't heal together, and didn't know if my pain was just increasing because it's all healing or what.

Yes! That's the only place that tore and took so long to heal 😩 all of my friends that had babes around the same time could at least walk normal. Not me 😥

@newmommy445, I honestly have no idea, lol. I've read that it does But didn't do it personally. My perineum didn't tear, just my labia 😣 Can't hurt to Do it in case it does work lol

off topic question y'all, does massaging the perennial area before labor help? I read it in what to expect when you're expecting

Yes! My inner/secondary labia tore terribly. Had no idea it was possible and haven't found anyone else with that problem!! If you want, send me a message! It took me a long time to recover because of it 😩

Mine didn't tear, but it felt like it! Up towards my clitorous it was super super sensitive and felt like it was bruised for weeks. Like someone literally drop kicked me there.
