do you guys see this faint line or am I just stressing my friend out?

I see a line, but if that's not a fresh test, as in its been sitting longer than 3 minutes, I'd suggest taking another. The longer you leave the stick the longer the chemicals have to mix and lines like that can show up

also, is it showing up because there is light behind it? I can't really tell, but I wouldn't put a light behind it, because the ink is always there on the test, so with lighting like this you would be able to see the line before even peeing on the stick. and like @babycromer said, once a test sits for a few minutes it starts to evaporate and that can cause a line to show up because of ink lifting with the urine, not because of a positive test. the instructions will usually say not to look at it more than 10 minutes or so after you initially test. it's called an evap line.

@maybabyboy, it's there without the light, but when she tested I could see a faint line, it got a little darker with time tho, I just didn't wanna tell her unless I was just being crazy, cause she was stressing hard core.

well, a line is a line!! I say retest! tell her its inconclusive and you can test again with first morning urine.

@maybabyboy, shes going to retest. I told her to wait a day or two, just in case, so.the line will be darker and show more of a positive.

@crusaderblue, as long you to can see a line you're definitely pregnant it happen to me and I took test lol they all showed up faint but I was indeed pregnant. It tripped my husband so many time he said " one more"
