I am about to go take the glucose test but was wondering can i eat before i leave? or is it fasting

I would have eggs and toast both low on sugar that's what I did

don't eat anything ! trust me your not going to want to have to retake it lol

My dr let me eat a high protein breakfast two hours before so I just had two hard boiled eggs

Your doctor should of told you....most say u should eat something low in sugar....and try to stay away from juice....only drink water before u go...you don't want n e extra sugars in your system
