My first child was severely premature, born at only 26 weeks. Her development was delayed because of this and now I'm on my second child. She was full term and she's 4 months old now. I'm noticing that her hands are frequently in her mouth (which I know is normal for discovery time) but she whines a lot while doing it. Is it possible that she can be teething already?
