My Dr said cramping is totally normal in the first 12 weeks dont stress unless it's unbearable or it is accompanied with bleeding, I cramp every single day.

I did lay in bed for 4.5 hrs. :( My doc says there isn't much he can do since im across the country, but if i start bleeding to go to the ER. So, im stuck worrying, but im grateful there isn't any blood. That would really propel me into panic mode. It took me 8 years yo get this miracle baby.
