Yes, I find Tylenol PM works even better, plus helps you sleep. I get terrible migraines so I can't sleep half the time. Both ingredients in Tylenol PM are safe as well!

i was just about to ask this question. being pregnant and sick sucks

my doctor said you can take up to two if needed obviously go by the time frames if you have to take more later but yes Tylenol is fine

you can take Tylenol cold if you need to I hated being sick while pregnant it was the worse and makes u feel so much more miserable ! @thompsonofficial
