Ok mamas I haven't been on here in a while been busy with baby girl but I possibly have to go back to work not this Sunday but next and now I'm bumbed out and stressing bc reality has set in that I have to leave my baby after 8 weeks (when I go back) and I don't want to leave her I'm sooo used to being home with her all day EVERY day. So my question is how did you mommys manage to go back to work and NOT be a big ol baby (cuz imma cry my damn eyes out)

I understand... I always made the money, but I just couldn't go back, and it is hard to get by on one income, but I just couldn't stand to have someone else raise my baby. It is so worth the sacrifice to be at home with him. I love it and believe it is best for my son. My husband is supportive of it, but it is tough putting all your security in his income! I get it! I just have to remind myself what's his is mine;)

ugh I don't think I'm going back at all, I unfortunately have NO trust in anyone haha except my mom but my MIL will try to start a fight over that so I can't go back. I'm so used to working 24/7 and having my own money but I can't go back. Thank god my husband works full time and is capable of supporting us.

@elenalee, ugh I'm so jealous it's not fair I don't want to leave her but then again I don't want my bf doing it all on his own and I'm used to having my "OWN" money ya know? Don't get me wrong he gives me money but I'm independent and don't want to depend on a man even tho I'm with him and living together and all

Opinions on crying it out?

Opinions on crying it out? My baby is 8 1/2 months old. I've tried the no tears method and it worked a couple times but now it doesn't anymore. I do squats while holding her and rock her (21 lbs baby) for over an hour each nap all for nothing. My friend said she did cry it out and by the 3rd day her baby would only cry 5 minutes and now he's totally fine with sleeping in the crib. Opinions please? I am the only one who actually raises my kid. My fiancé does not help and I have no family that helps. So it is very hard on me. Thank you Edit: because clearly some of the women on here think I'm a monster. I am an EMT. When I go back to work, I will be gone 24 hours at a time. My daughter is almost 9 months old and cries every minute she is not in my arms. As much as I want to comfort her every second of the day, I can't. And it's better I get her used to sleeping on her own now, than not letting her cry and all of a sudden mommys gone for 24 hours at a time and she completely loses it and I can't just get off work to comfort her.

I also recently found out that I can't take maternity leave only having been at my job since March... I must put in my two weeks when I am ready, and be completely rehired back after baby and recovery from second c section 😰😰😰😰 I'm so worried. What if they don't hire me back, and I have a two year old and an infant and no job. I am terrified about this
