@mamabear-1993, Eat it on an empty stomach and the contractions will go ahead and start labor lol.

That's not so true I ate a whole fresh pineapple on a empty belly and nothing happend I ate it at 40 weeks and 2 days n still nothing @alleyelisabeth but it's always worth a shot

@jalensmommy16, maybe not true for you but all women are different. I did it and went into labor.
