silence is best I know people say talk about your problems but me and hubby start screaming so if we have a disagreement we part ways for a little while

that's what I've done and than he gets pissed at me for not explaining why I'm upset. I tell him to leave alone for a while and he gets even more pissed

wow...just tell him u love him and your upset because of what ever reason very calm I know it's hard I'm bipolar and unmedicated

when I cry I get to where I can't talk or I start hyperventilating and it pisses him off..
