It is so hard having a toddler around and being pregnant. I'm tired after work and just want to rest but he wants to play and be loud and jump off furniture. But I feel bad if I call his dad to come and get him because I can't control him. I need HELP. 😔

I feel the same way. but don't feel bad there toddlers they don't know how to sit still and relax unless there asleep lol discipline don't work on toddlers especially when there just acting like toddlers .

@cialynn03, Spank more and be firmer with your tone, try the "death stare", the low voice. I'm not saying you always have to resort to a spanking, and definitely don't do it out of anger. That's how I was raised.

I have a toddler at home too if she's naughty we put her in timeout in her room until she stops crying then she can come out. the first few times are hard and they scream... trust me. but after while he'll get the idea and learn more who boss

Yea, basically. A child should NEVER think they run their parents. You're the adult so put him in his place and let him know to respect you, he'll understand what to do and what not to do sooner or later. It just takes time, it's frustrating but it's worth it when you have a kid that has respect.

i have a 2 year old and im having a rough time with her as well. spanking dont work timeout dont work nothing seems to work
