Gopher's are protected by federal law. moving him from his natural habit can kill him. He needs to be left by his burrow as I'm sure he has others in there. animals have a natural habitat and a natural way of living. moving them is a very serious thing.
I'm not offended lol I'm just saying. You'd be amazed what people will do without thinking. I cared for gophers. they're a endangered species. I love animals too
