Rant* 💥I know my husband works all day and I really should be doing most of the baby duty and I do try to do as much as I can. I'm still recovering from a c-section, I'm taking care of myself to avoid the anemia getting worse, I'm taking care of the baby all day like I should, but is it so wrong to expect a bit of help from my husband at night? The last 2 days I have felt so lousy and sickly and the other night he offered to do night time baby duty and he did it without an issue. I felt so much better the next day but had a migraine and a sour stomach most of the day so I asked if he could do one more night last night so I can completely get over whatever I was feeling and he did but this morning he threw a fit saying he didn't feel good and he works all day and only got a couple hours of sleep and had a major attitude. I got mad because from day one home from from the hospital I was up all night with the baby and doing everything I had to do and more and it was 10x more than I should have been doing after being in labor for almost 40 hours and then having major surgery but I did it anyway because I knew he had to work. All I asked was for just 2 nights to sleep and recoup and he made it seem like it was such an inconvenience.
