ok so I've been feeling pain in my lower left side of my back that goes to the top of my left butt cheek. hurts when I put my weight on my left leg like when I walk or bend over. anyone else experience it? and what helped relieve the pain? I'm 36 weeks 1 day been experiencing it for almost a week already and it's annoying and hurts lol

i havent found a real good solution its the pressure from the baby thats making it ache

A lot of heat pads or baths and massage worked for mine

sounds like your experiencing sciatica I've had it since early weeks of my pregnancy. it totally sucks!! But I use heat pads they work Amazing!!!!! 🙌🏼👌🏼
