Omg yes! I get mini panic attacks because idk what to expect. I started researching about it and that was a mistake lol.

No it's gonna be painful at first but when you push that last push it will all be worth it

When the pain start walk walk it easies it but water breaks hurry to the hospital so you can get epuridal if you don't want all that pain

focus on what the outcome will be not on the pain to come. it is only temporary. and good news, our bodies were not only made for this but we realease natural chemicals that help us forget the worst parts of our pain. you will never forget it. but you will never feel it again. just rest easy. anxiety is the worst. you got this momma!
