Your doctor has to give the company a prescription for it which they can fax directly to the company.

I'm interested in knowing too I've seen the Ad on Facebook but have yet to fill out the form

It depends on the company some will want the dr to sign off while others want to wait til delivery to send it

I'm not sure. I have BCBS and the company I had to go through was McKesson and that's what they required. I also got my pump like maybe 2/3 weeks ago and I'm due in March. But you can call your insurance and see what company they go through. That's how I did it. I called my insurance and they gave me the company info to call

@leiibaaaby, I called my insurance and asked first and they said, I was covered and I could pick my pump and call the distributors and see which one carries it then they would bill the insurance.

The site I used required prescription as I know most them do . I got it in 2 days after submitting the prescription . I seen some ppl on here saying wic gives pumps as well but I don't know .

I used aeroflow and they contacted my Dr and sent the prescription to insurance for me! I put in my info and chose my pump and it came 2 weeks later!
