@yady, he's a dumbass I'm paying for everything. both of his daughters are on his insurance and to add my baby to my insurance it'll cost me 800 dollars monthly and he's just like no..and I'm not even getting him on child support

What a jerk! You should get him for child support if he's going to be like that because than he will be court ordered to get insurance for your baby

my daughters sperm donor refused to sign the birth certificate after saying he wanted to. only saw her a handful of times after she was born and since she got a new girlfriend he could care less about his second child. he has visitation of his oldest but he didn't get that until she was 3 bc that's when he decided he wanted to be in her life. so I just let him walk out and I've done everything for ym child with the help of my parents and my bfs parents.

if you're providing 100% of the support for him, how would he get custody...? is it his child too? also, look into applying for medicaid for your child in your state.

I doubt he will get full custody you are providing for the baby.
