I had my 37 week check up today (I'll be 38 weeks Saturday and bring induced on the 9th) today my dr had said I'm not thinned, dilated and my cervix is still closed.. However, it is lower and so is the baby and also cervix is interior... I have been peeing non stop which at first worried me about a UTI (stayed in the hospital a week at 25 weeks with one) but I was also cramping which I never do... Not hurting cramps just uncomfortable like right before you start your cycle cramps and also nauseated.. And now out of no where my back is aching/cramping.... It comes and goes... I was laying down when I felt it so I sat up and it's still happening I didn't think anterior position could be back labor? And the baby is just as active like always.. So could this be back labor? Or just pregnancy pains?
