Anyone who's had a Csection. anyone hear of these? I'm on the search for a post surgery...something. not sure of the wording. just something to put pressure so I don't have to hold it while sneezing, laughing, something to get the job done for me. but anyone hear about these to help healing?

I've always been told to put a pad over it not the sticky part but the soft part

@mrstaylor, I did the pad and really had no problem. I'm just trying to explore all options. last time it wasn't planned and I'm trying to make recovery as easy as possible since I'll have a 4 year old as well

have u heard of the c section compression girdle? supposes to help with healing quicker an help with pain. your able to get around a lot easier without fear of pain or incision opening
