from my understanding your 5 months and at 26 weeks you'll be 6 month

If you go by lunar months it's considered a 10 month pregnancy so every 4 weeks is a new month but if you go by calendar months it's 9 months and the above chart lists the months. Some are 4 weeks and some are 5.
