Should I Go to the ER for Severe Symptoms During Pregnancy?

I have been puking all day, my body aches, sore throat and bad cough... any suggestions? my bf thinks I should go to the er. can it make me go into early labor? I'm miserable

I vote for the er as well. My only labor signs with my second baby was vomiting.

thats horrible.  if you havent kept anything down all day not even water, you can get dihydrated.
