I'm 9 weeks and extremely sick what can I do to help with that?

What's wrong ?

I can't eat much I feel weak and nauseous like I'll throw up

Drink ice water with lemon or try Popsicles girl I went 2 months with no type of food never threw up but everything was disgusting even if I was starving couldn't eat as long as you drink your prenatal pills & hydrated Popsicles are the best !

Or just try chewing ice !

How far long are you

try preggie pops, crackers, ice chips, gum, peppermint gingerale, sprite, frozen Gatorade or talking to your doctor@beautiful0830

No problem I'm now 20weeks but my first 16 weeks were horrible @beautiful0830 no problem ☺️
